Should I eat/drink anything before Yoga?
I recommended refraining from eating for 2-3 hours before a class, but it’s a good idea to drink plenty of water right up until 30 mins before class. During class please refrain from drinking anything - yoga is traditionally practiced with a completely empty stomach.

What do I wear?
Anything comfortable and that you can move freely in.

I have an injury, is yoga for me?
Depending on the injury, yoga can be amazing for healing and restoring the body. Contact me directly before booking if you are concerned, I would be more than happy to have a chat about it.

How often should I practice yoga?
Yoga is traditionally a daily self practice. This can sometimes be hard to find time to do, but I would recommend practicing at least 3 times a week to begin with. Regarding booking one to one sessions, I recommend booking at least 3 sessions at least once a week to begin with. It takes time for the mind and body to get used to new expressions and ways of moving, plus routine enhances self-discipline.

One on One yoga sessions, do you do home visits or do I need to travel?
I am based in South East London but happy to travel up to 30 mins to your house.

I am a beginner, are your retreats suitable?
Yes! We are suitable to anyone and everyone! We do not believe in limited yoga just to asana, there are many facets and the physical is only one! Please feel free to message if you would like to answer anything more specific.

Do you provide equipment?
Retreats: Some venues provide mats/props, see individual retreats for information.
Schools/Corporate: I do not provide yoga mats, please provide your own.
