Flexible Sessions
Whether you are looking for short term or long term support, I am flexible. A minimum commitment of 6-12 weeks has been proven to allow effect therapy to take place, however, if you want to work open ended, this option is also available.

Counselling therapy is an opportunity for you to explore and express your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental space. As Walt Whitman once said 'Be Curious, not Judgemental.' There will be no judgement here, just an open space to explore.

Is online therapy as effective as face to face?

'Providing a safe space where you are able to talk freely, uninterrupted and openly.'
It can be a very accessible, convenient, affordable and private way to receive support.
