Short term and Long Term Therapy

Counselling is an opportunity for you to explore and express your thoughts and feelings in a safe and non-judgemental space. We will work together to understand your experiences, beliefs and behaviours in order to gain insight and identify patterns that may be preventing you from living your best life.


I approach counselling with an acute awareness that you're a unique individual with different needs and work intuitively and compassionately to equip you with the tools to bring about positive change and growth.

At Flourish Well-Being, I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore and understand their challenges, whilst I work closely with them to achieve lasting personal change in their lives and to help them Flourish. Incorporating a range of modalities - including Person Centred, Existential, Psychodynamic and Cognitive methodologies - in an integrated way, I enable clients to uncover their own personal answers to difficult questions.

The trial session is a great opportunity for us to discuss what brings you to counselling, your goals, and to ask any questions you may have about my practice.

I understand that this is a big step in deciding whether counselling is right for you and I'm here to support you in that process. After the trial session, you can decide if you would like to continue working with me. This decision is yours alone and I will respect it.
