Private Classes

Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, one to one pre and post natal sessions are suitable for all.

Every pregnancy is different and every body is different. Your body will need different things on different days, so I tailor every session just for you.


Each class will help you understand your body more, develop tools to encourage a calmer and more comfortable pregnancy and labour. We will also work on breathing techniques 

Why Pregnancy Yoga?

Today it is medically proven that yoga can have a hugely positive impact on all stages of pregnancy – from conception through to delivery and post pregnancy.

This is an important and precious time in a woman’s life. I will aim to help make this beautiful and miraculous event be comfortable and happy for both mother and baby. No previous experience of yoga necessary.
